Delivery policy

On our website, www.tavodzipas.lt, we sell digital content, so physical delivery doesn't apply. Instead, all products (like .gpx routes, driving guides, and other digital materials) are provided electronically.

1. Delivery Method

After successful payment:

- The product will be sent to the email address provided by the buyer during checkout.

- Files are usually sent within minutes, but sometimes delivery can take up to 24 hours (e.g., due to technical glitches or files landing in your spam folder).

2. What to do if you don't receive your file?

If you haven't received your digital product within 24 hours of payment:

- Check your email's spam and promotions folders.

- Make sure the email address you provided during purchase was correct.

We'll promptly resolve the situation and resend the files if needed.

3. International Delivery

Since all products are delivered digitally, there are no delivery restrictions based on country or region. You can purchase and receive products anywhere in the world, as long as you have a valid email address.

4. Taxes and Currency

All prices on the website are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT, applied according to Lithuanian law. As digital products are sent, additional shipping or customs fees do not apply.
