Our products are digital off-road routes (.gpx files and other digital materials). According to Article 6.228(10) Part 2, Point 13 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of return does not apply to these products if the digital content has already begun to be provided (e.g., the file was downloaded or opened) and the consumer has expressly agreed to lose the right to withdraw from the contract.

However, to ensure transparency and trust, we allow requests for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or if there were objective technical problems.

How to Submit a Request?

Please include:

1. Your order number

2. The purchased route

3. A clear reason why you are requesting a refund

We evaluate each case individually. If the request is approved, the money will be refunded within 10 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds will not apply if:

a) No technical errors are found.
b) More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
