1. Service Description

"Tavo Džipas" sells digital off-road routes (.gpx files) and other related materials, which are delivered electronically to the customer's specified email address after successful payment. Products are intended for personal use and can be used with various GPS applications.

2. Digital Content Delivery

After your order is paid for, digital products will be sent via email within minutes. However, in some cases, delivery might take up to 24 hours (e.g., due to technical issues or email filters).

3. Refund Policy

Our products are digital (.gpx files and other digital materials). According to Article 6.228(10) Part 2, Point 13 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of return does not apply to these products if the digital content has already begun to be provided (e.g., the file was downloaded or opened) and the consumer has expressly agreed to lose the right to withdraw from the contract.

However:

To ensure transparency and trust, we allow requests for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:

a) The file has not yet been downloaded or opened;
b) Or an objective technical problem has arisen (e.g., a corrupted file, inaccurate information);
c) The customer provides clear justification via email.

Each case is evaluated individually. If the request is approved, the money will be refunded within 10 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.

b) A justified explanation or evidence is not provided;
c) More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.

4. Copyright and Usage Restrictions

All products and content purchased on www.tavodzipas.lt are protected by copyright. They are permitted for personal use only.

It is prohibited to:

- Share files with other individuals;

- Publicly distribute or publish on any platforms;

- Use routes for commercial purposes (e.g., tours or events) without written permission.

In case of violation of these rules, we reserve the right to revoke access to the product without compensation and take legal action.
